I usually post articles in my blog but from now on I will be posting questions too.
Here is this weeks question: How should IT support services be delivered? Remotely, telephone, email, tweets, other web apps.....?
Feel free to answer it on my LinkedIn, Facebook or Twitter page.

There are several interesting features being offered by Google labs, however the one that I would highlight this time is definitely Offline Google Mail which is absolutely fantastic. I am using it myself for few month now and its great, I could do almost anything I want to do even when not connected to the Internet. However, one of the most exciting feature is the "undo mail" which allows you to undo sent emails in case you forget something important to mention or when sending email to wrong recipient in rush just like I did the other day and then I was like "oh no", then I hit undo email button and it did return back, that's so COOL. The way it works is by installing Google Gear Plug-in in your browser by clicking here, very straightforward. Here is a quick video of Offline Google Mail, but don't forget to check a lot more in Google labs.
Last week we went to an ICT Business Conference in New York University with 46 students from the Business School - University of Hertfordshire. The students who came in NY are doing different undergraduate and postgraduate degrees at UH which made it a great mixed group for the participation in the Business Conference in NY.
It was great learning experience for me to be part of the UH team who organised the trip for the second time in these last two years. At the same time, students have learned a lot from different speakers keynotes and also had a great time visiting the "must see" places in NY. This was a great opportunity for students to see the real case studies of how American companies are tackling the current downturn in the economy.
